The story of Guadalupe Acedo, the housekeeper of OMA’s House in Bordeaux, France designed for a wheelchair-bound client, and the chores she must do to keep the house and its well-known mechanisms in a reasonable state after the occupant’s death.
Guadalupe leads us into an invisible world of architecture that we usually take for granted. And it is through her that we experience how intimately we are intertwined with with architecture. |
